At Hosts of America we offer multiple ways to get your support questions answered. Our friendly support staff is eager and ready to help you solve your problems and ensure that you get the most out of your hosting experience.

Sudden Problems Sending Email
If you have DSL from Southwestern Bell, you may have recently begun having problems sending email. We apologize for the inconvenience, but they have implemented a policy of forcing all outbound mail to travel through their servers. You will still be able to use your email address, you just need to change the route the mail uses to send.

Cox also requires email to be sent through their mail servers. They enabled it with no warning a few months ago. If you're a Cox home internet user, you'll need to use the Cox mail servers for your outbound traffic. Currently the outbound mail server should be set to smtp.central.cox.net
Setting up Your Email
If you have a mailbox for your e-mail on our server, you can retrieve it using almost any e-mail client program, such as Outlook or Thunderbird. We have set up a page with common email configurations to help you with the settings for most e-mail clients.

E-mail Support:
If you have technical questions you would like answered before signing up with Hosts of America, e-mail your questions to support@hostsofamerica.com and we will respond as soon as possible. However, if you have questions pertaining to Products and Services send your e-mail questions to sales@hostsofamerica.com. All e-mails are answered in the order they are received.
Trouble Ticket Support:
If you are already a Hosts of America customer, you can submit a support question through the support ticket system built into the Hosts of America Control Panel. Login to the Control Panel, click on Support Trouble Ticket, and type in & submit your questions to our technical support staff.
Phone Support:
When you have a support issue and need to talk to a support technician, please call (405) 384-3030 and ask for Hosts of America Technical Support Assistance. Phone support is available from 9AM to 6PM central time Monday through Friday. If you need help during off hours, leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
